Harwell and Chilton Churches Walking Group

Enjoy the great outdoors with family and friends! Get to know other members of the church family better!

5th June 2016 saw the launch of a church walking group that aims to run a regular pattern of local walks that are open to all. The walks are being organised by Steve Hale, Alison and Sid Gale, and Tim Paget. No membership fees, no need to book, no need to plan your own route. Just turn up on the day at the agreed start time and place, appropriately dressed, with a bottle of water and join in! Children, friends, relatives, neighbours and well-behaved dogs are all very welcome! See http://HCChurches.org/walking for dates and times, walking guidelines and other useful info. "Now that same day two of them were going to a village called Emmaus, about seven miles from Jerusalem. They were talking with each other about everything that had happened. As they talked and discussed these things with each other, Jesus himself came up and walked along with them" (Lk 24:13–15).
