Chilton Churchyard working party Saturday 14th November

You are invited to help with tidying up All Saints’ churchyard on Saturday 14th November any time between 9 am and 12 noon.

The main jobs are: weeding the borders in the Garden of Remembrance, trimming and tidying round gravestones, removing ivy, removing side shoots from the lime trees and, of course, raking leaves.

For those looking for a heartier workout there is some clearing of the French drains around the church to be done.

Please bring tools, e.g. forks, secateurs, rakes, bags for garden waste etc.

Refreshments will be provided.
