ECHO Youth Cafe

The ECHO after-school Youth Cafe, for school years 7-13. Echo is focused on bringing young people together ‘for food, for friendship, for good’.

Drop in after school on Thursdays from 3.15 pm - 4.45pm, and either meets outside or inside the Hub at Didcot Baptist Church, 43 Wantage Road, OX11 0BS.

We seek to provide a relaxed space to chill, chat, and eat cake - an opportunity to unwind following a busy day at school or college! Currently the food and drink that we provide is free, thanks to the generosity of local churches.

We have table-top games like UNO, Monopoly Deal, and the Five Second Rule available, as well as table tennis, table football, and air hockey. We also have optional activities to engage with to help with reflection and/or prayer. Whether that be reflecting on the day, the big questions of life, or simply what to do next.
