Please would you indicate your availability (or lack of) for this year's Holiday Club below. It's not binding of course, but the earlier I can get an indication of the size of the team, the better. And if you can't help during the week of Holiday Club itself but can help with preparations, I'd love to know that as well.

It's too early to sign people up for specific roles yet.
HOWEVER ... we do need to know ASAP how many people are willing to be
Den Leaders and
Den Assistants - as this determines how many children we can accommodate. If you've never considered it before, maybe this is the year you spread your wings? You must be available for the whole week (or the vast majority of it) to be a den leader.
Please let me know which of these roles you are willing & able to do. (This isn't a binding agreement at this stage, just an indication.)
